On the day Olympiacos left Greece for the Euroleague Final Four, the playoffs of the league started with the Reds. The hosts got the wins with Panathinaikos having the easiest task and Aris beating AEK by two points.

The final score in Thesaloniki was 71-69 with Stephan Adegboye making two free throws and Dusan Sakota missing the last shot of the game, a three pointer. PAOK beat A.G.O.Rethymno (66-59) with new/old face J.R.Bremer being the catalyst, while Panathinaikos prevailed almost by 30 points (98-71) over Kolossos with Esteban Batista scoring 23 points.
