Aris tried to react against Olympiacos, but this reaction lasted just five minutes. In the end the Reds got the 92-57 win and the 2-0 lead in the semifinals of the ESAKE playoffs.
The series goes to Thessaloniki, Olympiacos needs one more win in order to seal the ticket to the finals and after the first two games the sweep seems more than possible. After five minutes the score was tied at 9-9 but after that Aris couldn’t keep up.
Brent Petway and Matt Lojeski were the top scorer of the winners with 13 points each. For the guests NBA draft prospect Aleksander Vezenkov had 17 points.
