Virtus Segafredo Bologna came back from a 13-point deficit and with a late run forced overtime to defeat De’ Longhi Treviso, 105-100, and prevail in the Italian league Playoffs Quarterfinals best-of-five series, 3-0.

Youngster Alessandro Pajola scored a career-high 25 points. Milos Teodosic had 17 points plus seven assists, including a dime for Marco Belinelli and his triple generating a five-point lead with 18 seconds left in the extra period. The 35-year-old swingman upped his personal total to ten points. David Logan’s 25 points were not enough to extend his 16th professional campaign into Game 4.

Happy Casa Brindisi held on for the 79-77 victory over Allianz Trieste to complete its own sweep. Nick Perkins dropped 19 points, Derek Willis followed with 15 and Darius Thompson added 13 in the series-ending Game 3. The semifinal berth is the first in team history.

AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milano had already advanced to the semifinals. The other quarterfinals matchup with Umana Reyer Venezia leading Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari, 2-1, continues tomorrow, Tuesday.
