The president of Enel Brindisi Fernando Marino announced that Romeo Sacchetti will be the new coach of the team.
Sachetti had been the coach of Sassari from 2009 until November of 2015 when he was fired from the team. With the club from Sardinia he had won the 2015 Italian treble (Championship, Cup, Supercup) and the 2014 cup title.
