James Nunnally was having for three quarters a bad game, but he finished it with 17 points, the assist that send it to overtime and the shot that gave the 92-90 win to Avellino over Pistoia on the road.

The sweep was completed despite Alex Kirk and Preston Knowles making 23 points each for the hosts as Avellino got its third win of the series in three games and  will play in the semifinals against Reggio Emilia which got an easy 99-85 win over Sassari (3-0).

Reggio Emilia, which will have the home court advantage in the semifinals had Pietro Aradori and Andrea De Nicolao scoring 19 points each, while David Logan tried his best for the hosts with 16 points. However, contrary to what happened with Pistoia, Sassari was never in the game.
