Joffrey Lauvergne spoke to Greek OTE TV about playing in the Olympic Qualifying Tournament, with the French national team, explaining what should be done in order to not face any problem with his participation.
“Yes I am supposed to play”, said the center of the Denver Nuggets. “I have a problem with my insurance, because the next year in my contract is not guaranteed. So the Denver Nuggets have to sign me for the next year first and then the French Baskeball Federation insure me for the games. If I sign late, then there we will have a problem, but I hope we will find a solution with it.”
