The Los Angeles Clippers closed their practice facility due to a member of the group that will travel to Orlando, Florida for the resumption of the NBA season, being found positive for coronavirus.

The Clippers are the third NBA team that was forced to shut down the team’s practice facilities following a positive coronavirus test, after the Denver Nuggets and Brooklyn Nets.

On Thursday (2/6), the NBA announced that there were nine more positive tests for coronavirus among players that are expected to participate in the NBA restart. Since the mandatory testing began on June 23, 25 out of 351 players have been found positive for coronavirus, along with 10 team staff members out of 884.
