Boston Celtics forced Game 6 on Miami Heat with a victory Friday and Heat big man Bam Adebayo took all the blame for the defeat in his post-game quotes to the press.

“I played like s—t. Bottom line. I put that game on me. It’s not my teammates’ fault, it’s not my coaches’ fault, it’s me. … I missed too many shots I should have made. Put that one on me”, Adebayo said after exiting the game with 13 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists in 38 minutes.

“I put that game on me,” he added. “It’s not my teammates’ fault, it’s not my coaches’ fault. It’s me. I missed too many shots I should have made. Put that one on me. […] I wasn’t being the defensive anchor that I should have been. I don’t think I was communicating fast enough. I feel like I was a step behind today.”

Heat still lead the series 3-2 with Game 6 tipping off Sunday.
