Portland Trail Blazers big man Jusuf Nurkic underwent surgery on Tuesday to repair a fracture in his right wrist, as it was announced by the team.
The procedure was performed by Dr. Steven Shin at the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles and Nurkic will now wear a splint for four weeks.
The Bosnian center is expected to miss at least six weeks of action and his status will be updated accordingly.
