With Italian forward Danilo Gallinari making big plays down the stretch and finishing the game with 17 points off the bench, the Atlanta Hawks got the 103-96 road win in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Kevin Huerter with a playoffs career-high of 27 points was the best player on the winning side with Trey Young also adding 21 points – albeit with 5/23 FG – and 10 assists. Serb sharpshooter Bogdan Bogdanovic played despite hurting on the knee, he stayed for 20 minutes on the floor but had just four points. Swiss big man Clint Capela finished the night with 13 points and six rebounds.

However, it was Gallinari who stole the show and made the biggest play on the night. With the game on the line, he poked the ball from Joel Embiid and went on to dunk it.

Embiid tried his best with 31 points and 11 rebounds, Tobias Harris also had a big game with 24 points and 14 rebounds, but the Sixers once more felt short of making it to the conference finals.

Turkish forward Furkan Korkmaz scored five points for the losing side.
