Giannis Antetokounmpo’s career has been going forward basketball-wise but that was also followed up financially with his supermax contract.

Earning the money would be pointless without a proper idea of how to invest and spend it, and Giannis has decided to buy some real estate in Greece this summer.

According to the Greek newspaper Proto Thema, Giannis bought two villas in the new Rolling Greens neighborhood of Messinia. Messinia is located in the southwestern part of the Peloponnese.

The 27-year-old star had visited the “Costa Navarino” resort in early September with his brother and teammate, Thanasis, while he had taken a vacation there with his family in 2018.

According to the publication, the 43 villas in the area have already been sold, are under construction and their delivery to buyers is estimated to take place in the first quarter of 2023.

As for the cost of each villa, it ranges from 1.25 to 1.8 million euros. All of them have a private pool and garden, they cover plots from 700 to 1,300 square meters, their surface is 235 to 295 square meters and they include 3 or 4 bedrooms on one level, with basement.
