Teams continue struggling with the rosters due to the coronavirus cases and the Denver Nuggets will be without Will Barton in the near future.
To compensate for the missing players, the Nuggets will sign two guys with a 10-day hardship exception – James Ennis and DeMarcus Cousins.
Ennis has already played for two other teams this season, having signed 10-day contracts with both the Brooklyn Nets and the LA Clippers. The 31-year-old averaged 6.3 points and 2.5 rebounds in four games with those two teams. Last season in Orlando, he recorded 8.4 points and four rebounds over 41 games.
Cousins will join the Nuggets after a stint with the Milwaukee Bucks which ended a few days earlier. He played 17 games this season with nine points and 5.8 rebounds on average.
