Heading into the NBA All-Star Game break, Luka Doncic has been all over the place for the Dallas Mavericks. He has averaged 36.7 points, 10.2 assists, and 10.0 rebounds per contest over six games of the 2021-22 Regular Season in February.

The Dallas team has four games left this month, split before and after the All-Star Game. The Slovenian sensation will be present on February 20 in the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse of the Cleveland Cavaliers as a member of Team LeBron. After missing the starters’ cut, captain LeBron James selected him first among his reserves.

February, including a couple of actual triple-doubles in wins opposite the Philadelphia 76ers and Atlanta Hawks, has sent the Mavericks to a 4-2 record and 33-24 overall, good enough to currently hold the fifth seed of the Western Conference. Moving forward, they will be going on a five-game road trip stretching into early March. The four remaining games in February feature visits to the Miami Heat, New Orleans Pelicans, Utah Jazz, and Golden State Warriors.

If Doncic manages to remain wildly productive, he will accomplish a triple-double month for the third time in his relatively young NBA career. In January of the 2020-21 Regular Season, he put up 28.3 points, 10.3 assists, and 10.1 rebounds per contest over a 7-8 run for Dallas. The first triple-double month marked November of his sophomore campaign with 32.4 points, 10.4 assists, and 10.3 rebounds per game leading the Mavericks to nine wins over 14 appearances.
