Hawks forward John Collins has a plantar fascia tear in his right foot as well as damage to his right ring finger, per Shams Charania. Collins has been playing through pain for the past several weeks, but will now be sidelined indefinitely.

Collins, 24, logged 54 appearances with the Hawks in the 2021-22 season, averaging 16.2 points on 34.4% from the three-point territory, as well as 7.8 rebounds per game. Collins re-signed with the Hawks for five years, $125 million in the offseason
