The Miami Heat clinched a berth in the Eastern Conference Finals of the 2022 NBA Playoffs and will be followed by three more teams reaching the Semifinals of the postseason. The schedule of the next round has been confirmed.

The Heat, as the top-seeded team in the East, will enjoy the home-court advantage against the second-placed Boston Celtics or the third-placed Milwaukee Bucks. The East Finals will start next Tuesday. Meanwhile, the defending champions and Giannis Antetokounmpo will have an opportunity to advance at home Friday or settle for a do-or-die Game 7 to determine the second finalist Sunday.

The Western Conference Finals will feature the winner the Phoenix Suns or Dallas Mavericks against the Memphis Grizzlies or Golden State Warriors. Game 7 of the former best-of-seven series will be played Sunday. The Warriors are heading to a series-clinching opportunity at home Friday and Game 7 will follow Monday, if necessary.
