The European duo of Bogdan Bogdanovic and Clint Capela continue to be differently effective for the Atlanta Hawks, as they were crucial once more in the 126-125 win at the buzzer over Toronto.
The Swiss center was dominant at the rim with a double-double of 19 points and 14 rebounds, while the Serbian shooting specialist added 24 points from the starting five with 4/8 on three points. On the losing side, Dennis Schroder had 14 points, 3 rebounds, 6 assists, and 4 steals.
Elsewhere, the Wagner brothers were crucial in giving Orlando the 113-98 win over Phoenix. Franz started the game and ended it with 11 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists; Moritz, instead, had a double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds off the bench. Nikola Vucevic also had a good showing in Chicago’s 104-9 win over Portland with 14 points and 7 rebounds.
