Nikola Jokic wrote history, but Domantas Sabonis and Luka Doncic also gave great performances in wins

The NBA regular season resumed after a break for the All-Star weekend, and Nikola Jokic continued to dominate as if nothing had happened.

The Serbian center led the Denver Nuggets to a 130-110 victory over the Washington Wizards with a historic triple-double.

Jokic recorded 21 points, 19 rebounds, and 15 assists on 10-10 shooting from the field. He became the first player to achieve these stats in over 40 seasons. Moreover, he accomplished a 100% field goal triple-double for the fourth time, a feat matched only by Draymond Green, who managed it twice within the same span.

What adds to the impressiveness of this triple-double is that Jokic joined LeBron James and Russell Westbrook as the only players to achieve it against every team they played. Jokic had been awaiting a matchup against Washington, and the wait was finally over.

While Nikola Jokic continued his dominant performance for another Nuggets win, Domantas Sabonis led the Sacramento Kings to a 127-122 victory over the San Antonio Spurs with his 19th triple-double of the season.

The Lithuanian center recorded 22 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists on 11-15 shooting from the field. This marked Sabonis’s 38th straight game with at least a double-double, the longest streak since Kevin Love in 2011.

On the other side, Victor Wembanyama had a solid outing with 19 points and 13 rebounds, along with five steals and blocks, and four assists. Jeremy Sochan added 16 points for the Spurs.

Adding to the excitement, the clash between Luka Doncic and Devin Booker never disappoints. This time, the Slovenian star led the Dallas Mavericks to a 123-113 victory.

Luka fell a rebound short of a triple-double, recording 41 points and 11 assists, while Booker scored 35 points on the other side.

Dallas secured its seventh straight win, and Luka joined LeBron James as the only other player over the last 40 seasons to record 10,000 points, 3,000 rebounds, and 3,000 assists before turning 25.
