After Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers and Anthony Davis to the Dallas Mavericks, another huge trade was featured during the night in the NBA.

According to what was reported by ESPN’s Shams Charania, Victor Wembayama will get some reinforcement in San Antonio, as the Spurs managed to bring in De’Aaron Fox from Sacramento in a multi-team trade which also involves Zach LaVine from Chicago to the Kings.

The Sacramento Kings also received French guard Sidy Cissoko, as well as “three first-round picks (Charlotte’s in 2025, San Antonio’s in 2027, and Minnesota’s in 2031) and three second-round picks (Chicago’s in 2025, Denver’s in 2028 and a return of their own 2028 pick from Chicago),” ESPN reports.

Moreover, the Chicago Bulls regained their upcoming first-round pick in the 2025 NBA Draft while also getting Zach Collins, Tre Jones, and Sacramento’s Kevin Huerter. The Spurs, on the other hand, got Jordan McLaughlin from the Kings.

At 27 years of age, De’Aaron Fox moved for the first time in his NBA career, started in 2017, to a different team, leaving Sacramento after eight years. In the 2024-25 Regular Season he has been averaging 25.0 points, 6.1 assists, and 5.0 rebounds per game.
