Jock Landale has reached a one-year deal with the Memphis Grizzlies, according to Shams Charania.
The veteran center was waived by the Houston Rockets before his $8 million salary became guaranteed.
Landale, 29, averaged 4.8 points and 3.3 rebounds in 11.9 minutes across 42 games last season. He originally signed a four-year, $32 million deal with Houston in 2023, but only the first year was fully guaranteed.
Memphis adds depth in the frontcourt with Landale, especially with rookie Zach Edey recovering from ankle surgery.
