While it doesn’t mean they are actively seeking to trade their All-Stars, the Rockets are ready to listen to offers for Sengun and Durant

As the NBA experiences its busiest days of the season break, a striking piece of news has emerged from the Houston Rockets.

According to a report by Kelly Iko of Yahoo Sports, the Rockets’ front office has informed rival teams that it is open to listening to trade offers for its All-Star-caliber stars Kevin Durant and Alperen Sengun.

The report states that the only player on the Texas team’s roster considered “untouchable” or “as close to untouchable as possible” is 23-year-old Amen Thompson.

Although it is emphasized that the Houston Rockets are not actively shopping their All-Star-level players, it is noted that they are showing a much more willing and flexible stance when it comes to listening to trade proposals.

Last night, we saw several great trades in the NBA. Giannis Antetokounmpo was traded to the Miami Heat, Julius Randle to the Brooklyn Nets, while Trae Young is on the verge of signing a new contract with the Washington Wizards.
