The Denver Nuggets will have to play without their top scorer, Danilo Gallinari, for the next 3-4 weeks.
The Italian forward talked to the Italian newspaper, Gazzetta dello Sport, and confirmed that his right ankle injury will sideline him for the next month. However, he mentioned that his target is to return to action before the end of the regular season.
Gallinari has made one of the most productive seasons of his career so far, being Denver’s top scorer and averaging a career-high 19.5 points per game.
