Jonathan Kuminga signed a two-year contract worth $13 million plus a player option with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
According to NBA insider Shams Charania, Kuminga also had offers from the Los Angeles Lakers, Chicago Bulls, and Portland Trail Blazers, but ultimately chose Minnesota.
The forward will be a starter alongside LaMelo Ball, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, and Rudy Gobert in a team that has undergone many changes and lost Julius Randle and Naz Reid over the summer.
