Giannis Antetokounmpo is settling into his new life in South Florida following his blockbuster trade to the Miami Heat this summer. According to a report by Katherine Kallergis of The Real Deal on Tuesday, the former NBA champion has purchased a stunning $13.5 million mansion in the exclusive community of Pinecrest.
The newly constructed, non-waterfront estate spans nearly 12,000 square feet on just over an acre of land, boasting eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a media room, a guest house, and a private pool with a jacuzzi.
Interestingly, the property sits directly across the street from a mansion listed by Tyler Herro, who was part of the multi-player package sent to the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for the Greek superstar.

While the Most Valuable Player of the 2018-19 and 2019-20 Regular Season, and of the Finals in 2021, usually spends large chunks of his offseason living, training, and relaxing back home in Greece, this significant real estate investment signals a firm commitment to his new home base in Florida.
The move marks a new chapter for the Greek Freak, who spent 13 illustrious seasons with the Bucks, where he solidified his status as one of the greatest players of his generation. Even with recent injury setbacks limiting his final stretch in Milwaukee, he remains a dominant force, averaging 27.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game last season.
As he prepares to suit up in his new No. 7 jersey for Miami, Giannis is ideally positioned to lead the Heat‘s championship aspirations from his luxurious new Sunshine State headquarters.
