The NBA has rescinded Luka Doncic’s technical foul from the Los Angeles Lakers’ 138–117 win over the Miami Heat on November 2.
Doncic was assessed the technical with 1:12 remaining in the second quarter after clapping toward an official while disputing a no-call. The league overturned the decision following a review.
The Slovenian guard led the Lakers with 42 points, 13 assists and seven rebounds. The ruling keeps his season total at one technical foul, received against Golden State on October 30.
“This season, I’m trying to not get techs,” Doncic told reporters on October 21.
