According to Shams Charania the French swingman will sign with the New Orleans Pelicans.
Toupane was averaging 16.1 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists this season in the D-League and now he will finish the season back in the NBA.
It remains to be seen if this new chance will open the door for a longer contract.
