Gordon Hayward paced Utah Jazz with 26 points as they eliminated the Los Angeles Clippers with a 104-91 victory, closing out the first-round series 4-3.

The Jazz will now play against top-seeded Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference semifinals, as the latter swept Portland 4-0. Game 1 tips off Tuesday in Oakland.

George Hill tapped 17 points for the winners, Joe Ingles added 12, while Boris Diaw scored 10.

DeAndre Jordan’s double-double of 24 points and 17 rebounds wasn’t enough to save the Clippers and defend their homecourt.

Notably, this was Paul Pierce’s last ever game in the NBA and the Clippers, as he bid his farewell.
