Restricted free-agent forward Alan Williams has agreed to pen a 3-year, $17 million deal to stay with the Phoenix Suns, according to Shams Charania of The Vertical.
6-foot-8 Williams got regular time in his second season, averaging 17.6 points and 14.8 rebounds per 36 minutes in the 2016-17 season.
The New York Knicks were also interested in signing Williams but the Suns were expected to match any offer, according to ESPN sources.
