Manu Ginobili and the San Antonio Spurs are finalizing the details of a 2017/2018 contract that will enable the great Argentinian’s 16th season in the NBA, as Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Ginobili, 39, has been playing for the Spurs since 2002. In these 15 years he has been one of the faces of the franchise, and an integral part of the dynasty that spawned four NBA titles (2003, 2005, 2007 and 2014).
During the previous season he notched 7.5 points, 2.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game. Throughout his career in the NBA he’s averaged 13.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game.
