Leslie Alexander, one of the most beloved NBA owners, has agreed to a deal to sell the team to Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta for $2.2 billion.
It’s the highest price ever paid for an NBA franchise. Houston businessman Tilman J. Fertitta, is the sole owner of the Landry’s restaurant empire and Golden Nugget Casinos and Hotels.
