Nikola Mirotic has no intentions to play for Chicago so long as Portis is still with the team, according to reports.

Mirotic is out with a facial injury, which was a result of an altercation with Portis during practice. Nikola Mirotic’s injury will keep him sidelined up to six weeks, while the Bulls suspended Portis for eight games.

According to “Chicago-Sun Times” Mirotic won’t exercise his veto rights should Chicago plan to trade him. Mirotic’s 27 million contract comes with a no-trade clause, but this incident has seemingly left the 26-year-old forward seriously thinking of parting ways with the Bulls.
