Arizona’s Deandre Ayton, one of the best prospects of his age, finally declared for the 2018 draft after his team’s loss on Thursday night, as mentioned on CBS Sports.
Ayton’s participation in the draft adds up competition for the No. 1 pick, a spot that he will have to fight for possibly with the Slovenian superstar, Luka Doncic.
Along with Ayton, teammate Allonzo Trier also declared for the draft and is expected to be a second-round pick.
