Sacramento Kings guard Bogdan Bogdanovic is expected to return to basketball activities in 8-10 weeks following a procedure on his left knee meniscus.

The player is therefore questionable for the two games that Serbia will play for the World Cup Qualifiers, in June and July vs. Georgia (June 28) and Germany (June 2). Serbia has already advanced to the next phase but will clinch first place with two wins.

The announcement by the Kings is as follows:

“Kings guard Bogdan Bogdanovic underwent an arthroscopic procedure on Tuesday to repair a slight tear of the medial meniscus in his left knee. Performed by Dr. Riley Williams at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, the procedure was successful and Bogdanovic is expected to resume full basketball activities in 8-10 weeks.
