Both the Utah Jazz and the Toronto Raptors closed out their first-round series in Game six and have advanced to the conference finals.

Despite Ricky Rubio’s early exit due to a hamstring injury, the Jazz beat the Thunder 96-91 and will face the Houston Rockets in the second round. French center Rudy Gobert provided another double-double with 12 points and 13 boards for the winning side.

In Indiana, the Pacers faced elimination and took care of business against the Cavaliers, 121-87. Lithuanian big-man, Domantas Sabonis came off the bench for 19 points and 6 rebounds while Croatian forward Bojan Bogdanovic added 10 points for the Pacers.

Game 7 will take place in Cleveland this Sunday.

Earlier, in Washington, the Raptors closed out the series with a 102-92 win over the Wizards. Lithuanian center Jonas Valanciunas had a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds while Spanish big Serge Ibaka had 7 points and 3 rebounds for the winning side.

Polish center Marcin Gortat had 2 points and 7 boards for Washington.
