Sergio Scariolo is one of the two names the Toronto Raptors have for the assistant coaching job.
As Michael Grange reported, the two names that have been discussed as potential assistants for Toronto’s head coach Nick Nurse are Sergio Scariolo and Phil Handy.
Back in May, there were reports that Scariolo may leave the Spanish national team in July, and so he could join Canada’s team before the start of the training camp. As for Handy, he has been a long time Cleveland Cavaliers assistant coach who was let go on Monday.
