NBA announced the first voting results ahead of this year’s All Star Game. Luka Doncic sits in second place of the Western Conference’s forward/center list with 679.839 votes. Among all of the bigs in the West, only LeBron James has gathered more votes, 1.083.363.

If he indeed secures a spot in the All Star Game, he will play at the Spectrum Center on February 17th being 19 years, 11 months and 20 days old. In this case, Doncic will break Giannis Antetokounmpo’s record on being the youngest International All Star Game starter and follow Kobe Bryant’s example playing in the NBA All-Star Game before his 20th birthday.

YOUNGEST INTERNATIONAL ALL STAR STARTER

Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks, 2013-today): In 2017 he played in the All Star Game being 22 years, 2 months and 13 days old

YOUNGEST ALL STAR STARTER

Kobe Bryant (Los Angeles Lakers, 1996-2016): In 1998 he played in the All Star Game being 19 years, 5 months and 16 days old, the only under-20 player in All Star Game history
