Luka Doncic was the… apple of Discord between David Blatt and ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith, as Olympiacos‘ coach called the latter “clueless” on the matter a few days ago.
However, Blatt put an end to the “war” as he cleared the air in the post-game press conference against Panathinaikos.
“Every time I say something, they put it on twitter and then I hear it from all over the world. Stephen Smith is a really good guy, and I didn’t say anything bad about him. I just said that I heard that he said that Doncic shouldn’t have been a No 1. pick, while I think he should’ve. But he’s a hell of a guy, so you can put that on twitter!”
