Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic has been suspended for one game due to his actions due to an altercation that took place in the game of his team against the Utah Jazz.
Per NBA, Jokic has been suspended “for one game without pay for violating the rules against leaving the bench during an altercation.” The announcement also said that “Jokic’s close proximity and altercation and aggressive manner created the potential for further escalation of the situation.”
Jokic will stay out for the game of the Nuggets vs. Phoenix Suns Friday (25/1).
