Isaiah Hartenstein was by far the best European player of the week in the G League.

One more week of G League action concluded. As for Europeans go, don’t search any further then Isaiah Hartenstein for the top performances of the week. The 20-year-old German was assigned recently to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers and led the Houston Rockets affiliate to three wins during the past seven days.

Hartenstein scored a total of 100 points in the three 2018-19 Regular Season matches. His 33.3 average was highlighted by a career-high 42 points in the 129-125 home win against the Texas Legends. He also averaged 18 rebounds per game.

Isaac Bonga posted a career-best 30 points for the South Bay Lakers in their 107-101 win over the Iowa Wolves. The Los Angeles Lakers assignee’s breakout game brought him up to second place over Manu Lecomte, Duje Dakan and Kostas Antetokounmpo.
