Nikola Jokic posted his eighth NBA 2018-19 Regular Season triple-double on Wednesday. The Serb big racked up 20 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists, also blocked two shots for the Denver Nuggets en route for their victory against the injury-plagued New Orleans Pelicans at the Smoothie King Center.

The “W” brought the team up to 35-15, the best record through fifty games in franchise history. “Every win is important for us” 23-year-old Jokic mentioned after the match. On his two clutch efforts he said: “Coach trusts me. Players trust me, so if they trust me, I’ll try my best to score. I feel very confident out there”.
