The Houston Rockets pulled off an 112-108 victory on Monday to even the Western Conference best-of-seven series against the Golden State Warriors at two wins apiece. They were up 17 in the third quarter and 15 early in the fourth, but saw their opponents get a bucket away from completely turning the match around, before securing the “W”.

James Harden went off for 38 points with 13/29 from the field including 6/17 beyond the arc, but was held to seven points during the last period and only scored three down the stretch. His European teammate Clint Capela helped out with six points, nine boards and two assists in 21 minutes, but Isaiah Hartenstein didn’t leave the bench.

Swede Jonas Jerebko of the visitors also remained benched throughout Game 4. Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry upped their game at the Toyota Center during the last seven minutes to finish with 34 and 30 points, respectively, but ultimately missed out on the comeback victory.

The series will now return to the Oracle Arena for Game 5 on Wednesday. One of two sides will get one step away from the Western Conference Finals ahead of Game 6, which will be played at Houston on Friday.
