Minnesota is hiring Brooklyn’s Gianluca Pascucci as their assistant GM, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The former Olimpia Milano GM joined Brooklyn Nets as the Director of Global Scouting in 2016 and had previously worked closely with new Timberwolves President Gersson Rosas with the Houston Rockets.
At the same time, Rosas, and coach Ryan Saunders are finalizing a deal for the later to take over head coaching duties in Minnesota, as Star Tribune reports.
