Cleveland used the team option in Timofey Mozgov‘s contract and the Russian center is going to be a member of the Cavs at least for one more season. His salary for the 2015-16 season is going to be 4.95 m. dollars.
Mozgov was a key part to the team, after being aquired mid-season, averaging 10.6 ppg and 6.9 rpg during the regular season, while he had 10.6 ppg and 7.3 rpg in the playoffs. He proved to be the missing paint presence in the team’s roster and he became a starter in no time.
