Despite being almost 39 years old, the Rio Olympics will not be the last stop in Manu Ginobili’s amazing career.
The Argentinian basketball icon announced via twitter that he will play one more season for the San Antonio Spurs.
Ginobili made a similar announcement on his personal blog Sunday, although he did not confirm he would be returning to the Spurs, after opting out of his contract.
Ginobili turns 39 this month and declared himself a free agent last month after declining a player option for 2016-17 with the San Antonio Spurs.
