Bojan Bogdanovic, Dario Saric, and Ivica Zubac are among the players included in the preliminary list for Croatia’s training camp ahead of the Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
Besides the three NBA players, Mario Hezonja will be back after five years away from the national team, as previously reported.
Dragan Bender, Miro Bilan, Mateo Dreznjak, Tomislav Gabric, Lovro Gnjidic, Antonio Jordano, Toni Katic, Filip Kruslin, Pavle Marcinkovic, Ivan Perasovic, Toni Perkovic, Darko Planinic, Ivan Ramljak, Roko Rogic, Zeljko Sakic, Krunoslav Simon, Boris Tisma, Roko Ukic, and Ante Zizic complete the list.
The training camp led by head coach Veljko Mrsic is scheduled to begin on June 8. Following the prep matches, Croatia will host one of the four Olympic Qualifying Tournaments at Split from June 29 to July 4. Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Russia, and Tunisia are the rivals to beat for a spot in the Olympic Games.
