The best defender in the Euroleague, Bryant Dunston, talks about his award, Olympiacos‘ defence and his… plans for the semifinal vs CSKA.
The American center won second season in row the award of the best defender in the competition but this will be his first participation in a Final Four: “It’s great honour this title but I focus only in the game against CSKA“. So, who are the players that he will focus to block them in the semifinal? “I don’t have anybody in my mind. Whoever goes to the basket, I ‘ll try to block him”.
Will the hedge out defence be the secret of Olympiacos once again? “Our defence on their guards and expecially on the pick ‘n roll will be crucial. They have really good point guards and must make them don’t feel comfortable”.
How easy is to play with a center like Othello Hunter who plays like him? “It’s great because there is no drop off. When i came out of the game or any of our five get out we have always someone else to cover us. We have depth in our roster. We have waves of energy in that way”.
