Only the latest to leave Europe to pursue new adventures in Japan, Mike Daum has officially signed with the Shinshu Brave Warriors, moving there for the 2025-26 season.
“I couldn’t be more excited to be playing in Japan. I can’t wait to get there, join the team, and get on the court in front of all the fans! It’s going to be a special year and I’m ready to give it my all,” he said.
After moving to the EuroLeague for a short stint in 2023-24 with Anadolu Efes, he then joined Crvena Zvezda on a 1+1 deal last summer, eventually averaging 5.9 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.
Prior to his move to the EuroLeague and then Japan, Mike Daum showcased his abilities for two years in Spain with Obradoiro and then for the following two years in Italy with Derthona.
