“I am looking forward to the first practice, getting to know my teammates, and I believe that we will do many more humanitarian actions together,” added the former NBA and Turkish Airlines EuroLeague player.
His basketball career expanded from Serbia to Turkiye, Germany, Ukraine, China, Greece, and Italy, besides also featuring 53 NBA appearances, spread between the Milwaukee Bucks and Minnesota Timberwolves. He is also a veteran of 73 EuroLeague games. Representing Serbia in international tournaments, he won silver medals in the Olympic Games 2016, FIBA World Cup 2014, and EuroBasket 2009.
