Maccabi gets the job done on the road. The Euroleague team secures its eighth win in a row (83-88) in the domestic competition.
Jimmy Clark (17) and Romain Sorkin (15) were the top scorers. Jaylen Hoard added 14 from the bench. Lonnie Walker did not play for the team.
Maccabi Tel Aviv started the game with a 2-14 run in the first five minutes. Hapoel Holon fought back in the second quarter to come closer before the break (38-44).
In a thrilling end, Clark and Sorkin pushed the Euroleague team to the victory (83-88) and the top of the Israeli Basketball Super League (13-1), surpassing Hapoel Tel Aviv.
