Cedevita wins 4th straight Croatian League title

Cedevita won Game 5 of the Croatian League Finals against Cibona to make the 3-2 in the series and celebrate the championship for fourth consecutive season.

Ryan Boatright scored 22 points and earned Finals MVP honors as Cedevita beat Cibona 78 – 85 in Game 5 to win the Croatian League crown.

The two teams entered the second half tied 30 – 30 but Cedevita outscored its opponents 16 – 28 in the third quarter to get into a serious pole position heading to the final stretch.

Cibona fought back but the guests managed to reach the final buzzer ahead and make the repeat. Cedevita now celebrate the double-crown in Croatia since they had also won the 2017 Cup trophy.

Luka Zoric was the top scorer of Cibona with 17 points while Scottie Reynolds and Zakic dropped 13 apiece. Miro Bilan had 12 for Cedevita.
