According to reports from ESPN, the Lithuanian club withdrew from the Baltic Basketball League in order to play in the Big Baller Brand Challenge, a series of five “friendly” games as an effort to get the brothers extensive playing time.
“When you come out and they change it just for the Balls,” LaVar Ball, who will extend his visit to Lithuania to six weeks, tells ESPN. “You know it’s real.”
Vytautas will continue to play in the Lithuanian domestic league.
